United Way of Greater Kingsport fights to improve 1,400 lives every day by tackling early grade literacy, breaking the cycle of poverty, confronting access to effective health care, supporting the needs of our senior citizens, and battling the opioid addiction in our region. UWGK supports 40 programs housed at 29 different member agencies working in the areas of Education, Income, Health, and Seniors, because these are the building blocks for a good quality of life.
